The Q-AI Bot is billed by the number of conversations the assistant handles each month, on a tier set by the project's message limit.

What counts as a conversation
A conversation is a single chat the assistant handles during the month; the message limit caps the turns within it.
How billing works
- Every project starts on the 10-message tier (the default). To move to the 25-message tier (the higher per-block rate), ask Texter support to raise the limit for your project.
- Charges are automatic, based on your tier and how many conversations the assistant handled that month, counted in blocks of 400 conversations.
Which tier should a project use?
If chats usually wrap up in a few turns, the 10-message tier is plenty. Choose 25 when the assistant needs more room to finish longer conversations before involving a person.
