CPA Assist + Manavate Adapters

Two new CRM adapter pages added alongside today's Airtable post.

Added​

  • CPA Assist adapter — read-only getCustomerDetails for on-prem CPA Assist instances used by Israeli accounting offices, with an onboarding flow that wires up the CPA Assist partner-template bundle and the existing CPA Assist Bot recipe.
  • Manavate adapter — documentation for getCustomerDetails, newOpportunity, and openTicket / closeTicket (transcript-as-ticket), including the c_* param convention for Manavate custom fields.
