Ten new (SUB) webhook scenarios cover the full chat lifecycle — pending, resolved (with by-agent / by-bot variants), labels, external bot toggles, and channel health — so you can subscribe an external system to any of them via a single webhook. The newly-added Data Storage and updateCrmData docs are refined to match the rest of the Func reference style, with worked before/after examples for every mergingMode.
The Scenario Marketplace tag filter is now multi-select with OR by default and an explicit Match all toggle for AND; the mobile hamburger drawer covers the viewport cleanly on phones; and the landing page no longer churns on 120 Hz Macs.
Scenario Marketplace cards now render Markdown so setup notes can link straight into the YAML docs, the Ask AI panel shares the same renderer for consistent navigation, and the YAML Adapters sidebar lists Salesforce before Senzey.
New Provet Cloud adapter docs and a Scenario Marketplace entry that auto-runs the bot when an agent resolves a chat.
Added an SLA scenario suite to the Scenario Marketplace to help track response-time SLAs using a simple per-chat data store record and a default sla label.
New this week: comments on every docs page, three subscribe-to-events templates for template messaging and assignment webhooks, and a scheduled scenario for recovering passive bulk chats.
A new scheduled scenario added to the marketplace for closing out pending chats at the end of the business day.
